Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from BetAsia.

For most non-perishable products purchased online, you may have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with applicable Finnish consumer protection rules.

To request a return or cancellation, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in an appropriate condition, and any handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product may affect the amount refunded.
