These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the BetAsia online store.

2. Products and prices

Product descriptions, prices and availability are shown on the online store. Prices are displayed in euros and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We aim to keep product information and availability accurate, but occasional errors may occur. If an error affects an order, we will contact the customer as soon as possible.

3. Orders

An order is placed when the customer completes checkout and confirms the purchase. An order confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the customer.

4. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment service providers.

5. Delivery

Local delivery is available within the specified delivery area in Turku. Available delivery methods and applicable delivery charges are shown during checkout.

Standard local delivery costs €1. Students may be eligible for free local delivery according to the conditions shown on the website.

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, delivery address and order volume.

6. Discounts and promotions

Promotional offers and discount conditions are shown on the website. Orders of €100 or more may qualify for a 10% discount where the promotion is active.

Unless otherwise stated, discounts are subject to the conditions shown at checkout and may not always be combined with other promotions.

7. Cancellation and returns

Consumer cancellation and return rights are governed by applicable Finnish and EU consumer protection rules and our Refund & Return Policy.

Most eligible goods purchased online have a 14-day withdrawal period, although legal exceptions apply to certain products, including some perishable goods and certain sealed hygiene products once opened.

8. Damaged, defective or incorrect products

If a product is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. Consumer rights relating to defective products are not limited by these Terms.

9. Product availability

All products are subject to availability. If an ordered product is unavailable, we may contact the customer to discuss an appropriate solution, such as a refund or other option agreed with the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing and delivery information when placing an order.

11. Privacy

Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Terms applicable to an order are those available when the order is placed.

13. Applicable law

These Terms and purchases made through BetAsia are governed by applicable Finnish law. Mandatory consumer rights under Finnish and EU law remain unaffected.
